The Company closely follows the international forefront in respect of aluminum profiles production & machining technology and environmental protection and energy-saving technology, and has introduced the production & machining equipment and the production & machining technology with international advanced level from Taiwan Region, and Japan, Germany, USA, Italy, Switzerland and other countries.

With the introduction and application of international and domestic advanced technology, the Company constantly perfects various kinds of special construction technologies, which forms the advantage of long service life and energy-saving. A series of advanced technologies with a leading position in China drive the technology innovation for the production of industrial profiles such as fusion casting, extrusion, oxidation coloring, electrostatic powder spray-painting, grainy transfer, fluorocarbon spray-painting, mold manufacture, etc. In addition, the Company has independently designed and developed many series of construction doors & windows and curtain-wall products.

Yuantai aluminum has more than 100 series, 10000 specifications and 200 kinds of color aluminum alloy profiles, and can process 4000 sets of extruding dies for customer. In 2000, the enterprise introduced the production technology for thermal-break profiles from foreign countries and took the lead in getting our products onto the market; and our products are recommended by Wuhan Construction Committee as energy-saving windows & doors. In 2002, we established a 4000t extrusion production line, and conducted adjustment of product structure based on it to enter industrial profile market. In 2004, we brought in French PVDF Coating production line; from then on, we possessed a top-level superficial treatment technology, and then can produce more than 200 kinds of colorful aluminum.

The Enterprise passed ISO9002 Product Quality Certification and Quality Assurance System Certification of China Certification Committee for Quality Mark in 1996, passed ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification in 2003, and obtained national certificate for product exemption from quality inspection.
