Stick system is another widely applied curtain wall system by Longsheng. To erect a stick system, first, install the mullions (or transoms) on the main structure, then install the transom (or mullions) to form the frame, the panel materials are processed into unit components in the factory and then fixed on the frame consists of mullion andtransom. The load received by the unit components of the panel will be passed to the main structure via the mullions (or transoms).

Stick system are classified into:

Visible-frame curtain wall: The metal frame is visible on the exterior wall.

Invisible-frame curtain wall: The metal frame is completely invisible on the exterior wall.

Semi-visible-frame curtain wall: Vertical or horizontal metal frame are visible on the exterior.

Main features of stick system:

With flexible construction methods and mature technique, it is a form of curtain wall applied widely at present.

With strong adaptability to the main structure, the installation sequence will not be infuenced by the main structure.

Applying sealant for sealing, it will provide the building with waterproof, airtight, temperature control and sound insulation and has the ability to resist certain inter-storey movement.

Unit components of the panel material are manufactured in factory, which ensures the operational performance of the structural silicon.
