SXZ-20-18 Vacuum box-type atmosphere furnace

Main features:

1. SXZ series box-type atmosphere resistance furnace is energy-saving intermittent operation furnace and is mainly applied to heat treatment of precision parts non-oxidation annealing heat treatment, non-oxidation non-decarburization heating, quenching, annealing and tempering etc in aerospace, aviation manufacturing laboratory.It is also  used in test under atmosphere conditions;

2. Above 30 paragraph can be made available for program control and set and store multiple technics curve at any time in order to transfer;

3. PID parameter optimization tuning function. The tuning PID parameters can be stored and used at any time;
4. The special structure for the hearth, made by  ceramics and other composite materials, small thermal conductivity, fast warming. More than 50% energy saving;
5. The special design techniques for gas-tight system, water-cooled furnace door, excellent air tightness, perfect appearance , easy to operate, small air leakage, vacuum : 0.1MPa;
6. The modular structure of control system can meet 30 paragraph requirement for constant  heating and constant temperature with PID self-tuning function,  manual / automatic switching without interference and over-temperature alarm function. Ultra-high temperature furnace uses dual heating system;
7. The maximum temperature(^oC): 1800 ~ 2000;
8. Thermocouple: Using Tungsten rhenium thermocouples or infrared temperature measurement;
9. Power :less than  36kw, (power is according to the actual heating material);

10. The heating element and hearth use high-strength graphite. Graphite insulation materials and mechanical-electrical integration design structure make it have characteristics  of energy-saving, high working temperature, pleasing appearance and high temperature control precision;
11. Hearth size: 400 * 200 * 160 (mm), or tubular Φ200 * 400 (mm);
12. The furnace body and control cabinet are split design;
13. Vacuum limit: (based on the different vacuum unit configuration)-0.1Mpa ----- 6.67 * 10-4Pa;
14. Electronic control is the split style (independent structure).

The furnace is the non-standard design so the appearance is just for a reference. The buyer should  specify the requirements and technical parameters in the contract.
