Structure

The overall rack are made of the insulation galvanized steel plate, the high performance micro porous certainly hot plate and the high quality textile fiber hard felt. The heating system is composed by the electric power heating module. There are two doors on the front load port.

 Electric appliance part: Japan (SHIMA) Corporation intelligence temperature control unit, which has the ultra big liquid crystal display window, usese the module continual cushion type output control heater, and usese controlled silicon. Which changes the traditional impacts caused by the strong inrush current and the big fluctuation of temperature control when zero passage triggering. With a highly cost-effective 4-20MA output type temperature controller, which can make the output voltage show a smooth linear change, make the effects of temperature control more stable, and make the performance more remarkable,a nd make the temperatur more accurate (the output power could be auto controled according to the temperature error). It has the functions of PID self regulating decide, auto-constant temperature controlling, automatic timing (a high-precision digital automatic timer is installed and it could adjust to 999 minutes/hour), timing alarm and cut off the electricity when reaching the temperature, cutting off the electricity after reaching the temperature, leakage protection and so on. The double temperature controller make the temperature more accurate (the double temperature controller are equipped with a over-temperature limit thermostat in case damage the product when the main temperature controller is broken).
