We maintain close working relationships with the major suppliers of raw materials and energy along with all ports and railroads currently operating within the territories of Turkey and Romania.

The charged raw materials are turned into liquid steel by being melted down in the electric-arc furnaces. The steel in the liquid state is then transferred to the ladle furnaces and the necessary alloying procedures are completed in here to obtain the targeted quality. In the final stage, the liquid steel is transferred to the continuous casting machines and turned into steel billets (semi-finished goods) in required sizes. Upon assessment of the quality control analyses, steel billets are approved and delivered to the rolling mills.

Approval is not given for any product delivery without the completion of all necessary control procedures by the certified laboratories pursuant to the standards on chemical and physical matters. First, the results of all the inspections, tests and measurement procedures appertaining to products are evaluated on the basis of compliance with the required product standards and customer satisfaction and then the delivery approval is given.
