The furnace heats the log intensely to about 480C, without any melting, in an aim to improve the efficiency of extrusion significantly. The "soften" log from the furnace will then be cut by hydraulic driven hot shear into desired length.
National standard steel is used for structure construction and also, the major electric components used are all from original well-known branded like Schneider, Omron...etc, to ensure precise controlled. The whole process of heating and cutting is PLC controlled.
