Detailed Product Description:

Al-Ti Master Alloy, AlTi10, AlTi20

Introduction:

This product is an Al-Ti master alloy containing 15% Ti. It is used for Ti element in aluminium alloy smelting or refinement of grain,low temperature and less loss of titanium element.            

This product produces a large number of dispersed TiAl3 high melting point particles in molten aluminium. When solidified, they refine the grain structure as exotic nuclei, thereby improving the strength and plastics of aluminium materials or castings, and improving the comprehensive mechanism performance.         

Usage Method:

1. Bake and dry before use            ·

2. Addition temperature: 720-760℃           

3. The amount of this product added: according to the actual calculation and test to determine by itself;        

4. Adding method: Warm up to the required temperature, remove the scum, lightly put the product into liquid aluminium everywhere, stirring evenly, stationary for 20-30 minutes, stirring evenly before pouring.

Package:

This product is white lump metal,  waffle.

each about 5kg, wrapped in plastic woven bags, each bag about 20kg/bag.

Storage: placed in a dry place for up to 12 months
