The Vane Pump is driven by power-driven, principle: the vane blade in the rotor tank contacts with pump shell (stator ring), the hydraulic oil absorbed from the side of inlet side sends to discharge side. Install at the aluminum extrusion press, to make the flow of hydraulic uniform and stable.

 

We has rich experience in aluminum extrusion industry manufacture and maintenance, before out of manufacture, the state of the vane pump stator rotation turns right, but for suitable for aluminum extrusion press, usually we adjust the direction to turn left, and we will trial running at our factory, when everything goes well, we will send to clients, so clients can install the vane pump to their machine directly, no need to extra to adjust the vane pump.
