TORONTO, Ontario, April 27 -- Global Alumina Corporation today announced that all parties have now executed the agreements to form a joint venture to develop and operate the Company's alumina refinery project in the Republic of Guinea the approvals for which were previously announced on March 26, 2007. Completion of the initial subscription effecting the joint venture is expected to occur on May 17, 2007.
