BHP Billion said it isn’t worry China’s interfering

Yesterday, CEO Marius Kloppers of BHP Billion said after stockholders annual meeting it will wait patiently to seek the opportunity to negotiate with Rio Tinto’s board of director and China will not interferes this matter. Spokesmen of China Foreign Ministry QIn Gang said on press conference on Nov. 27 that their merge is belongs to commercial action, give no further comment. Marius Kloppers also said China will not interferes their combination. Market of main products are fixed by market, and their unit will benefit to customer fro they will explore more mines, such as iron ore, copper and manganese. Germany Steel Union also required to EU to stop this unites. It said this combine will give more expressure on iron ore price and narrow iron and steel material supplying, that is not benefit to the industry or customer.
