Rio Tito said its bauxite and alumina production hasn’t influenced by hurricane. Rio Tinto Brisbane spokesman Toni Rossl said bauxite in Cape York Peninsula Weipa carry on as usual. The alumina refinery in Gove hasn’t affected by the fierce wind also, plant damage is very little.
