BHP Billiton negotiate with South Africa government on South Africa smelter

Spokesmen of BHP Billiton said on Thursday that it negotiating with South Africa government, South Africa Eskom Electricity Company on the electricity shortage of its smelter in South Africa. Eskom said on Wednesday they con only supply 90% electricity to large scale enterprises till to 2012. From January, South Africa electricity shortage goes worse. Exploration industry and three smelters have cut down 10% of electricity demand, and this cut down may be further. He also said that” it is too early to say this will affect the output.” This problem hasn’t has way to solve till now.
