BHP Billiton negotiate with AngloGold Ashanti and Cargo government on mining agreement

Feb. 22—BHP Billiton is negotiating with Cargo government and AngloGold Ashanti. They will give response after the wholly investigation of the agreements. These two enterprises said they has received a report but refused to state details. BHP is exploit copper and diamond in Cargo now.
