Australia's Amcor in talks to buy part of Rio unit

SYDNEY, Feb 6 (Reuters) - Amcor Ltd , an Australian packaging group, was in talks about the possible acquisition of part of Rio Tinto Ltd's Alcan Packaging unit, Amcor said in a statement on Friday. Amcor said the discussions were incomplete. Amcor also said it was not considering a capital raising currently.
