Paulson discloses $1.9 bln stake in Alcan

Paulson & Co. said Friday it holds 19.6 million shares, or 5.28%, of Alcan's 371 million shares of outstanding stock. Based on Alcan's closing price of $96.20 a share on Thursday, the stake is worth about $1.9 billion.
