Chinalco acquires 127 mln shares in Southwest Aluminum

The Aluminum Corporation of China Group (Chinalco), China's largest aluminum and alumina producer, has entered into an agreement with China Construction Bank to acquire 127 million shares in Southwest Aluminum (Group) Co. Ltd., which is currently held by CCB's Chongqing Branch, according to an announcement recently released by Southwest Aluminum.
