Shanghai warehouse copper stocks down 8 pct

SHANGHAI, Dec 25 (Reuters) - Deliverable copper inventories in warehouses monitored by the Shanghai Futures Exchange fell 8 percent from one week earlier, while deliverable aluminium inventories were unchanged, the exchange said on Friday. Deliverable copper inventories fell to 96,362 tonnes from 104,377 tonnes a week ago, while copper stocks on warrant declined 11,892 tonnes to 30,609 tonnes. Deliverable aluminium inventories were unchanged from one week earlier at 297,308 tonnes. Stocks on warrant fell 86 tonnes to 254,699 tonnes. Deliverable zinc inventories rose to 171,670 tonnes from 171,025 tonnes last week, and stocks on warrant fell 174 tonnes to 160,460 tonnes. (Reporting by Rujun Shen and Edmund Klamann)
