Shareholder Cuts Holdings In Taiyuan Twin Tower Aluminium Oxide

Taiyuan Twin Tower Aluminum Oxide’s (000795) second largest shareholder, Taiyuan Dongshan Coal Mine, sold a total of 2.81 million shares, accounting for 1.02 percent of total equity, between November 19 2010 and February 21 2011, reports 163.com, citing a company filing.


Prior to the equity sale, Dongshan Coal owned 25.09 million shares, a 9.06 percent interest. After the transaction, its holding fell to 8.05 percent, or 22.28 million shares.


Twin Tower shares soared 138.76 percent between October 19 and November 19 2010, while the Shanghai Index dropped 2.26 percent.
