WTO opens China to rare earth challenge

Reuters reported that confidential World Trade Organization findings on China's export limits on raw materials have boosted the case for a European Union challenge to Chinese export curbs on rare earths.

Sources said that China has export restrictions on raw materials that are questionable according to the WTO. So that will be taken seriously when the EU considers China's restrictions on rare earths too.
