US DOC concludes penalty duty on China aluminum extrusion

After 14 month investigation into China’s aluminum extrusion dumping issue, the US Department of Commerce formally announced the final anti dumping and countervailing duty rate on certain China’s suppliers.

The anti dumping duty rate is between 32.79% and 33.28% and countervailing rate is 8.02% to 374.15%. However, China’s heat sick products will be exempt from this penalty duty order.

The duty order has been taken effect this Tuesday and it will last for 5year until the sunset review.
