Germany—Nonferrous Metal Department minister of Scholz said on a special meeting that China will be the most important aluminum recycle center. In 2004, China aluminum recycle output is 1.6 million ton and that will grow to 4.5 million ton. This big growth owe to the advantage of China market structure. Such as low salary, low environmental demanding, low resource price, and adequate foreign exchange reserves. The second reason is the fast growing of Europe economy. The last reason is that China domestic base construction investment growing and consumption increase. Because of the large amount output, China was called “world factory”. In order to fill the demanding of aluminum recycling, China increase aluminum scraps import continuously.
