An end-to-end pharmaceutical packaging solutions provider, Ess Dee Aluminium, EDAL, which oversubscribed 32.5 times, will list on December 28, 2006 on stock exchanges with 2,64,14,765 equity shares.
The offer price was fixed at Rs 225 per share. Its BSE ID is 532787 and NSE ID is ESSDEE.
The company entered capital market with an initial public offer, IPO of 69.60 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each.
The issue would part finance the new expansion project at Daman costing Rs 114.79 crore to raise the company's aluminium foil rolling capacity from 3,600 tonnes per annum to 18,000 tonnes per annum. The company plans to foray into food-based aluminium packaging.
