MUMBAI--India's Hindustan Zinc Ltd. (500188.BY) said Thursday that it has increased its lead price by INR2,100 a metric ton to INR96,500.
The price increase will be affective immediately, the company said in a statement.
Hindustan Zinc, India's leading zinc producer by volume, has kept its price for zinc unchanged at INR160,400/ton, the statement added.
No reasons were given for the changes.
The company is a unit of London-listed Vedanta Resources PLC.
