Ess Dee raises Rs 81 cr via share issue to foreign fund

Mumbai, Sept. 18: Ess Dee Aluminium, a pharmaceutical packaging solutions provider on Monday said it had raised Rs 81.07 crore through the allotment of 14.10 lakh shares to foreign funds. The board at its meeting held recently allotted 14.10 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 565 per share to Morgan Stanley India Investment Fund and Morgan Stanley Mutual Fund account holder of Morgan Stanley Growth Fund, Ess Dee Aluminium said in a filing to BSE. A total of 7.75 lakh shares were allotted to Morgan Stanley India Investment Fund and 6.35 lakh shares were allotted to Morgan Stanley Growth Fund, the company added.
