Vedanta Resources Announced New CEO

Indian metals producer Vedanta Resources announced that Kuldip K. Kaura will complete his term on September 30 2008 as chief executive office, and Mahendra S. Mehta, currently the Chief Executive of Vedanta subsidiary Hindustan Zinc Limited (HZL), will succeed the position. Mahendra S.
