NALCO Commissions 4th Potline

National Aluminium Company Ltd (NALCO) has announced that NALCO has commissioned the first pot of 4th potline under the 2nd phase expansion. Shri C.R. Pradhan, CMD, National Aluminium Company Ltd (Nalco), formally switched on the first pot at Angul on 265h December 2008, which marks the commissioning of 4th potline under the ongoing 2nd phase expansion of the Aluminium smelter. Others present on the occasion were: Shri P.K. Routray, Director (Production), Shri Joy Varghese Director (P&A), Shri Arun Sharma, Executive Director (Smelter & Power), Shri Ashok Sapra, Executive Director (Project & Technical) and other senior officers, besides Shri Dilip Mishra, Working President & Shri Nirmal Samal, General Secretary of the Recognized Nalco Employees' Sangha. The stock was trading at Rs.182.25, down by Rs.0.45 or 0.25%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.185 and low of Rs.179. The total traded quantity was 40261 compared to 2 week average of 232406.
