Madras Aluminium gets investor nod for delisting

Vedanta Resources Group firm Madras Aluminium Co (MALCO) today said it has received approval from its shareholders for the delisting of the company's equity shares. "Shareholders have granted in-principle approval to the proposal for voluntary delisting of the company's equity shares," Madras Aluminium Co said in a filing to the NSE. Shares of MALCO were trading at Rs 80, up 1.72 per cent in the afternoon trade on the NSE.
