NALCO sells aluminium at USD 83 per tonne premium to LME

Reuters reported that India's state run National Aluminium Company Limited sold 5,000 tonnes of primary aluminium ingots at a premium of USD 83 per tonne to the LME cash price on a CIF basis. The official who has direct knowledge of the deal but could not be named said that the buyer of the consignment was Japan's Sumitomo Corporation.
