BHUBANESWAR, India, Sept 23 (Reuters) - India's state-run National Aluminium Co Ltd (NALCO) issued a tender to sell 4,500 tonnes of aluminium ingots, a company source said on Wednesday. The last date to submit bids is Sept 29, said the source, who could not be named due to company policy. NALCO, exports about one-third of its aluminium production, which was 361,262 tonnes in 2008/09, and its prices are looked at as an international benchmark. NALCO last sold aluminium ingots at premium of $85.25 per tonne to the LME cash price on a CIF basis, the same source had said early September. (Reporting by Jatindra Dash; Editing by John Mair)
