EMAL Smelter Project Cost Increase 40%

News from Golf—EMAL plan to financing 7 billion$ on the construction work of the smelter in Abu Dhabi. The cost is 40% higher than expect. EMAL signed an agreement on loan 4.9 billion Dollars, and it will loan another 2 billion during the construction work.
