Eskom invest 1300b rand to build power station

South Africa Eskom said it plans to invest 1300b rand to build power station, it need assist this money then. Information shows electricity price will doubled or three times of now, South Africa government will has to afford this fund as the only stockholder of Eskom. This project will cost tens to scheme, design and construct.
