Hydro Reluctant to Follow the New Power Policy from the Gov

Norway aluminum producer Hydro criticizes the government that the newly-altered policy of power preference escheatage will greatly effect its long term opportunities. Norway government recently revised the current laws, as to transfer the former privately owned power preference ownership to the state running. And Hydro should follow the revision since the year of 2020.
