Russia and Venezuela reaches agreement to built alumina plant

According to local report, Russia and Venezuela has reached agreement on the terms of UC Rusal's alumina plant in Venezuela. The president of Venezuela doesn't insist on the whole share of the plant. Both party will hold 50 percent of the plant separately.
