UC Rusal to acquire 2% stake from CJSM KM Invest

Moscow, Dec 25 -- UC Rusal plans to acquire 2% stakes of MMC Norilsk Nickel from CJSC KM Invest. UC Rusal has mailed the official letter to CEO of KM Invest on Dec 24. However, the group has not indentify if they had received the letter. KM Invest Group has imporved to sell 1/4 stakes in MMC Norilsk Nickel on Dec 19. KM Invest Group's market capital is over 11 billion dollars, including 8% stakes in MMC Norilsk Nickel.
