United States lawyer submit a lawsuit to American Court again to reverse the lighter judgment on Victor Vekselberg—stockholder of Rusal. Victor Vekselberg was sued by stole crude oil and Russian oil permits which value several millions. Victor Vekselberg is the second large stockholder of Rusal, if the judge approves this lawsuit, Victor Vekselberg will receive United States visa and tax sanctions, UK may discharge its post that broad member and chairman.
