MOSCOW, Sept 11 (Reuters) - Russia's Foreign Ministry said on Friday relations with Guinea could suffer after the government of the West African country annulled a 2006 deal to sell the Friguia alumina refinery to United Company RUSAL. "Guinean authorities have made an attempt to expropriate UC RUSAL's property in court," the ministry said in a statement. It said it hoped Guinea would take responsibility for the "possible consequences of such actions for the general climate of traditionally constructive Russian-Guinean relations, as well as for the social-economic situation in the country".
