Kaiser Aluminum says secondary offering priced at $61.25/shr

Jan 26 - Kaiser Aluminum Corp. said its secondary offering of 5.5 million common shares was priced at $61.25 per share. A shareholder, who agreed to sell 2.5 million shares, granted underwriters an option to purchase up to 819,280 additional shares, the company said in a statement.
