SEOUL, March 13 (Reuters) - South Korea has bought 5,000 tonnes of primary aluminium ingot, less than its purchase plan of 6,000 tonnes, the state-run Public Procurement Service said on Friday. The agency bought 1,000 tonnes of aluminium ingot with Western origin at a premium of $77 per tonne over London Metal Exchange cash prices on a cost, insurance and freight basis.
