South Korea reissues 3,000 T aluminium tender

SEOUL, Sept 4 (Reuters) - South Korea has reissued a tender to buy 3,000 tonnes of aluminium ingot with non-Western origin after it failed to buy the metal as only one bidder made an offer on Friday, the state-run Public Procurement Service said.
