S.Korea says seeks 5,000 tonnes of aluminium ingot

SEOUL, Oct 16 (Reuters) - South Korea has issued tenders to buy 5,000 tonnes of aluminium ingot with non-western origin for Dec. 30 shipping, the state-run Public Procurement Service said late Thursday. The agency is seeking 3,000 tonnes of the metal to be shipped to the port of Incheon and 2,000 tonnes to Busan. The electronic tender will close at 1:30 p.m. (0430 GMT) on Oct. 26, it said.
