MARKET TALK: LME Zinc Looks Technically Weak

LME zinc is teetering close to the brink of a technical selloff with the 200-day moving average around $3,597/ton key to future direction, a broker notes. Says liquidation by system sellers in particular is likely should prices fall and then close below this level. LME zinc trades at $3,680/ton, up from $3,620/ton overnight.
