Roba Metals Becomes LME Associate Trade Member- Exchange

LONDON --The London Metal Exchange announced Friday that Roba Metals BV has become an associate trade member, the exchange said in a statement.

The Netherlands-based firm was elected to membership at a meeting of the board of directors held March 22, the statement said.

The LME has seven categories of membership, with categories 6 and 7 reserved for individual and honorary members, according to the exchange.

An associate trade member - or category 5 member - has no trading rights except as clients.
