All the surface activity Wednesday came at Baltimore, which lost 60t of T-bar and 40t of ingot. But more interesting was the jump in fresh cancellations to 1,000t, giving the cancelled pipeline a boost and promising livelier draw rates than we’re currently seeing.

The action was split between Owensboro, which saw 900t of small sow cancelled, and Baltimore, which saw 100t of ingot cancelled.
