MI aluminium stocks analysis: Still tracking sideways

Monday was something of a non-event in terms of LME-registered stocks of aluminium with the headline figure continuing to oscillate slightly directionless around the 935,000t level. Cancellations were subdued yesterday—although once again they were focused on Asian locations—but there is still a big over-hang of recently cancelled tonnage which should translate into higher draw rates once it starts moving.
