Rio Tinto Alcan Intend to Sell Most of its Shares in Europe Metal Service Center

Rio Tinto Alcan declared it will sell most of its shares in Europe Service Center and has received irrevocable offer of Amari Metals. Rio said it will reserve aiation sales assets and the distribution sector in Spain. Project president and CEO of Rio Tinto Alcan Christel Bories said: “they are endeavoring to seek a suitable status of its service center, and metal sale company Amari Metals expressed that it’s the ideal buyer.” Except the sale department and Spain distribution, Rio Alcan have 800 members in the 10 countris, 32 districts in Europe.
