Black Stone Corporation Denied to Bidding for Rio Tinto

America Black Stone response to the report on “Daily Telegraph “that it had planed to purchase Rio Tinto with another international corporation. This corporation confirmed that they hasn’t involved in this deal and has no plan on that. The report also said this international corporation including China Sovereignty Foundation. Early this year China's sovereignty Foundation bought 9.3% of Black Stone shares as a part of public.
