Royal Bank of Scotlan Permit to Join in LME

London—LME said on Friday that it has permitted Royal Bank of Scotland to be its member. Sempra Metals will resign transaction membership and become the broker member of LME. Royal Bank of Scotland own most of Sempra Metals’ share.
