Rio Tinto said it may cooperate with Chalco

London, Feb. 13—on Wednesday, Rio Tinto said it may cooperate with Chalco. Chalco has declared to buy 9% of Rio Tinto’s shares at a price $14b with Alcoa on Feb. 1th. Rio Tinto chairmen Paul Skinner said on a press conference that, “we has a short time meeting to further cooperation.”
