Alcoa Brazil also figured prominently on the “Time on List” ranking for continuously making the list for 10 years, and it took 5th place in the “Companies that Promote People Most” category.

The methodology was based on two assessments: one involved employees, who completed an electronic questionnaire, which was further verified through a group interview involving 15 Alcoans; and the second was focused on company people management practices.

“We’re proud of this result, because it reflects the satisfaction felt by hundreds of Alcoans with our work environment. We hope this recognition attracts even more talented people to the company,” says Franklin L. Feder, president of Alcoa Latin America and the Caribbean.
