Main function & characteristics
The machine is the special equipment for manufacturing thermal bridging profile. With three groups of carbine hobbing wheel, it is used to press and fasten the profile with thermal bridging strips.
Rolling plate structure with flat plate gasket (or double-debug structure);Synchronization of six groups of the same plate rolling.
Adjust the hobbing cutter into the notch of profiles and draw the profile by rotating the cutter, and thus press and fasten the strip and the profile.
The whole machine can lift and rise 0-100mm(choice)
Rolling disk use dual tuning structure; by way of chain drive, disk synchronization to ensure consistent rolling.
Frequency control of motor speed.
